Terms of Service

1. Personal project

Judgekit is a personal side project operated by Lyubomir Atanasov ("Operator"). It is not a product of, sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any current or former employer of the Operator. Any references to third parties (including Progress Observability) are informational and do not imply partnership or endorsement.

2. Service provided as-is

The service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

3. No reliance on outputs

Generated prompts, extracted configurations, and synthesized test examples are produced by automated systems including LLMs. They may contain errors, hallucinations, or unsuitable content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether any output is fit for your use case before relying on it. The Operator makes no representations about the correctness or safety of any output.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate, build, or aid in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Circumvent rate limits or other protective controls.
• Submit personal data of others without lawful basis.
• Use the service to attack, scan, or otherwise abuse other systems.

The Operator may suspend or rate-limit access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service. The Operator's total aggregate liability is limited to USD 0, reflecting that the service is provided free of charge.

6. Ownership of outputs

Generated prompts and synthesized examples are yours; do whatever you want with them. The site code, design, and brand are the Operator's.

7. Privacy

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The effective date at the top will change when they do. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
